Terms & Conditions

1. If the unit is to operate in the presence of sunlight, an additional ultraviolet-protective coating is required. Add a 6% up-charge to the total price of the job. If the application calls for this additional ultra-violet protective coating and the customer fails to order it, Se-Cliff voids all warranties and assumes no responsibility for the coating's failure.
2. Cores, Radiators, Charge Air Coolers, and Coils must not be painted. They must be free of markings on the fin nest, such as grease pencils, spray painted id #'s, etc.
3. All copper/brass cores must be built using a high-melt solder capable of withstanding 450°F and higher. Se-Cliff will not be responsible for damage caused by low-melting solders. Se-Cliff processes cores, radiators, charge air coolers, and coils at 400°F for 60 minutes.
4. All cores, radiators, charge air coolers, and coils must be packaged in re-usable, re-shippable containers.

6. Return Shipments are sent F.O.B. to your location or drop ship to your customer.
7. Standard process time requires five (5) working days.
   • One (1) day service: 75% premium.
   • Two (2) day service: 50% premium.
   • Three (3) day service: 25% premium.
8. Net 30 days. 1% net 15 days.
9. Maximum unit size: 92" overall height, 30" overall width, & 306" overall length.
